Our Classes

We offer inclusive, sensory-friendly workshops to help young people build confidence and manage stress with ease.

Children (5-12)

Our gentle, storytelling-based classes focus on basic breathing, mindfulness games, and playful movement to build confidence and emotional intelligence.

Bright Lights is a response to research by ChildLine noting a 200% increase in young people seeking support with stress and anxiety. The NHS, NSPCC and MIND have all identified ‘exam stress’ as a source of acute suffering amongst young people aged 8-18 in the increasingly pressured world of academic expectations.

Our classes are guided by current research into youth wellbeing and run by trained specialists working across fitness, somatics, creative therapies and performance science.
